INTERNATIONAL RESEARCH AND TEACHING INTERNSHIP
The International Academy of Social Sciences, Humanities, and Innovation (Bratislava, Slovak Republic) invites you to participate in the international scientific and pedagogical internship “Scientific and Practical Support for the Sustainable Development Strategy: Social and Humanitarian Studies,” which will take place from May 11 to June 20, 2026, in a remote format.
We invite academic and teaching staff of higher education institutions, researchers from scientific institutions, doctoral candidates, graduate students, postgraduate students, undergraduates, as well as practitioners in the fields of law, public administration, and educational management to participate.
The course load for the internship is 6 ECTS credits (180 hours) and is distributed at 6 hours per day over 6 working weeks. The program includes a series of online lectures on the ZOOM platform by leading international speakers from the U.S. and Europe. Translation from English is provided by the organizers.
Each participant will receive an official certificate of completion of the international scientific and pedagogical internship, detailing the hourly program, issued by the International Academy of Social and Humanitarian Sciences and Innovations (Slovakia), as well as scientific and methodological materials.
Important: The certificate is a document confirming completion of an internship at a research institution in a European Union member state. It is accepted for the purpose of obtaining the academic ranks of associate professor, professor, and senior researcher in accordance with subparagraphs 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.5, 2.7 of the Procedure for Awarding Academic Titles to Scientific and Scientific-Pedagogical Staff (as amended by Order No. 322 of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated March 17, 2021), and is also taken into account during the licensing and accreditation of educational programs.

Kevin is a member of the American Bar Association and bar associations in several states, and has held leadership positions on relevant committees. He received his legal education at the University of North Dakota School of Law. Kevin is passionate about flying airplanes—it is both his hobby and a way to mentally recharge.
Jeff Cox
Jeff Cox is the Director of Brand Development at Steno, specializing in Legal Tech and Legal AI. He has experience in founding and growing startups, legal technology, and legal research, which he leverages to develop professional content and promote innovation in legal practice. Steno specializes in providing court reporting and litigation support services. It ensures the creation of accurate transcripts of court hearings and depositions, and helps lawyers effectively manage case materials.

Vladislav Koziy
Vladyslav Kozii is a Ph.D. in physics and an associate professor in the Department of Physics at the Mellon College of Science at Carnegie Mellon University (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania).
Vladyslav received his Ph.D. in physics from the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He was a postdoctoral fellow in materials science at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (Department of Physics, University of California, Berkeley).
Olena Trokhymets
Olena Trokhymets – Doctor of Economics, Professor. She has over 20 years of professional experience, including 19 years in leadership roles and over 18 years in teaching. In 2017, she defended her doctoral dissertation at Lviv University of Trade and Economics, and in 2019, she was awarded the academic title of professor. Until 2022, she combined research, teaching, and administrative work in Ukraine, holding positions as a professor, head of the Department of Research and International Relations, editor-in-chief of a scientific journal, and coordinator of specialized academic councils. She is a professor at the Katowice University of Business and collaborates with V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University. She teaches marketing, management, process management, psychology of international business, and business negotiations in English. Since 2019, she has been a visiting professor at the Poznań University of Life Sciences.

What Participants Will Receive
Each internship participant will receive an official certificate of completion of the international scientific and pedagogical internship, detailing the hourly program. Certificates will be mailed to the address provided in the application after June 20, 2026. In addition to the certificate, participants will receive access to a private Telegram group for coordinating the learning process, scientific and methodological materials for each lecture, as well as real-time translations of all lectures from English.
