On April 22, 2026, the Mental Health Congress was officially opened, bringing together scientists, practitioners, teachers, and students to discuss current issues of developing psychological resilience, supporting mental health, and implementing modern approaches into practice.
The central and only opening report was a speech by Amit G. Oren, PhD, a recognized clinical psychologist and specialist in the field of positive psychology, who combines strong scientific training and many years of practice.

During the congress, participants had the opportunity to join professional discussions and exchange practical experience. Special attention was paid to the issues of positive psychology, the development of resilience, psychological support in the face of modern challenges, as well as the integration of international experience into educational and practical activities.
